These terms govern use of Daynori 1.0, provided by VDM 360 LLC. By using the app, the user agrees to these terms and Apple’s applicable standard end-user license agreement.
Daynori is a personal habit and movement tracker for adults 18 and older. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or emergency services. Consult a qualified professional before making medical decisions or exercising through pain or injury. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.
Users control what they record and are responsible for protecting access to their device and exported files. Daynori should be used lawfully and only for personal wellness purposes.
The app is provided as available. VDM 360 LLC may update or discontinue features while complying with applicable law and App Store obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, VDM 360 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
